RESIDENTIAL

Vanillawood began with the design and renovation of our first home in Venice, California. Then evolved to design and construction on spec and client homes in Portland, Oregon. Today we are a full service design + build firm based in Lake Oswego, Oregon. We design across the country and build around the greater Portland area, the Oregon Coast as well as Southern Washington State. Our residential design journey reflects our passion for transforming spaces into bespoke sanctuaries.
